The Glasgow Autonomous Space (aka GAS) is a non-hierarchical, anti-capitalist, volunteer-run community center in the southside of Glasgow. GAS states that it is not a "traditional venue" and prioritises bookings from grassroots organisations. It does not typically host events that generate a personal profit, and it is not geared towards gigs.
GAS consists of a Main Events Space with a maximum capacity of 40 people, the Yellow Tea Room with a maximum capacity of 10 people, and the Library Mezzanine with a maximum capacity of 15 people.

Both entrances to GAS are step-free, however the accessibility checklist does not list these as fully wheelchair accessible.
Toilets[edit | edit source]
There are accessible and gender neutral toilets available at GAS. A changing table is available.
